Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without stating any reason.
However, this right does not apply to the made-to-order products in this shop.
2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Made-to-Order Products
All fine art prints offered in this shop are produced exclusively on demand according to the specifications chosen by the customer (size, material, finish, frame option, etc.).
Because the production only begins after the order is placed and the product is individually manufactured based on your selection, these items are considered custom-made goods.
In accordance with:
- § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and
- Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament on consumer rights
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or are clearly customized.
Therefore:
No cancellation, return, or refund is possible for made-to-order prints due to “change of mind” or dissatisfaction with the product.
Please ensure that all selected product options (size, finish, framing, delivery address, etc.) are correct before completing your order.
3. Defects, Damage, or Production Errors
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly, we will replace it free of charge.
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or production defect
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged during transport)
We will handle the replacement with the print lab (WhiteWall) and arrange a new shipment.
4. Return Shipping (for non-custom items, if applicable)
Customers bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
